Robert J. Lindsey, President/CEO, joined NCADD in 2006.  He has been in the forefront of the alcoholism and addiction recovery services community for over 30 years as an employee assistance professional, Director of Community Relations for the Betty Ford Center, and Executive Director of a state and a local NCADD Affiliate.  Mr. Lindsey holds a BA in Psychology, a Masters of Science in Education from St. Bonaventure University in New York, and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).

Leah Brock, Director of Affiliate Relations, has been with NCADD since 1986.  She has a BA from Marietta College in Marietta, OH and a Master’s in Health Administration from the New School in New York.  Prior to joining NCADD she was Deputy Director for Operations at the National League for Nursing.

Devora Wooden, Office Manager, has been with NCADD since 2007.  She has a BS in Business Management from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC.  Before joining NCADD, she had her own business.
