Compass places special emphasis on developing programs that are not just culturally competent, but are culturally centered, and defined by the Tucson-area communities we serve.

Our collaboration with the Tohono O'odham Nation has allowed us to create special and innovative residential services for Native Americans. And, because we hold that healthy mothers raise healthy children, our 22-unit transitional apartment program for women at Vida Nueva has had a 100% success rate in re-unifying children with their mothers.
