Join the NCADD National Network of Affiliates!

NCADD is always seeking to expand our National Network of Affiliates to meet community needs throughout the US. 

If your organization is interested in being a part of a vital National organization - founded in 1944 - that has brought Hope, Help and Healing to millions of individuals and their families as well as communities, please consider joining us.

Local and State NCADD Affiliates must be incorporated as nonprofit organizations and provide some basic services including objective information and referral services.

Requirements Associated with NCADD Affiliation

All Affiliates shall fulfill at least the following requirements:

Ascribe to the mission and vision of NCADD.

Participate in national, state and local advocacy efforts.

Be incorporated as a separate non-profit, tax-exempt organization.

Maintain an office (street address required) and telephone or answering service.

Adhere to a Code of Ethics that is consistent with the mission of the organization and criteria for affiliation and in compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies

Provide an objective information and referral service, which takes into account all resources in the community.

Provide community-based prevention and education programs.

Willingness to work with other Affiliates in providing mutual support and assistance.

NCADD Affiliates derive many benefits from their association with the national organization.  Included amongst them are:

 

1.  Two (2) votes at the Delegate Assembly.

2.  The right to make recommendations to the Board on all policy and program matters through the Delegate Assembly.

3.  Recommend recipients for the Bronze Key award.

4.  Discounts on NCADD publications, audio-visual and promotional materials.

5.  Participation in Affiliate Benefit Provider Program (APPB) which offers deep discounts on health plans, pension programs, business insurance and an array of other programs.
