Robert J. Lindsey, President/CEO, joined NCADD in 2006.  has been President/CEO of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (NCADD since February 2006. Prior to becoming President, Mr. Lindsey was Vice President of Longview Associates, Inc. in White Plains, New York where he was responsible for EAP new business and account management. Mr. Lindsey also provided Management Consultation services to Senior Management, Human Resources, Managers/Supervisors as well as direct client services to employees and their family. His work in the addiction treatment field has included positions as the Executive Director of the New York State Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Addictions, Inc. (NYSCADA), the Director of Community Relations with the Betty Ford Center as well as a Therapist/Unit Manager with Spofford Hall, a 125 bed, alcohol/drug addiction hospital in Spofford, New Hampshire. Mr. Lindsey also served as the Executive Director/Clinical Director of the Allegany County Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse, Inc. (ACCASA). Robert has a Masters of Science in Education in Guidance and Personnel Counseling, with a specialization in Community Mental Health from St. Bonaventure University, NY. He is a member of the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Advisory Committee on the Treatment and Prevention of Alcohol and Other Substance Use Disorders, the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and he is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).

 Leah Brock, Director of Affiliate Relations, has been with NCADD since 1986.  She is a graduate of Marietta College in Ohio and has a Masters in Health Administration from the New School in New York City. Ms. Brock has been with NCADD for 25 years. Previously she worked for the National League for Nursing in a variety of positions, including that of statistician, assistant director for public policy, director of Community Health Nursing and Deputy Director for Administration. She has authored several publications and co-authored an encyclopedia entry on public health nursing. While at the National League for Nursing, Ms. Brock was the recipient of the Robah Kellogg Award for public health advocacy. She is a member of the American Public Health Association and the Public Health Association of New York City and has served as the latter organization's Secretary and Treasurer; she also served on the Advisory Committee for the American Red Cross in New York. Leah was the 2008 recipient of the NCADD Silver Key Award.


 

Jayne Restivo- Resized 2


Jayne Restivo, Director of Development, has been with NCADD since 2012. Jayne holds an undergraduate degree from Fordham University and a graduate degree in Special Education from the College of New Rochelle. Prior to joining NCADD staff, Jayne was the Tri State Regional Walk Director for Autism Speaks and the National Executive Director for Cooley's Anemia Foundation. She resides in New Rochelle, New York.


 

John Magnuson- VP for Policy and Advocacy- 11-15-12

John Magnuson, Vice President of Policy and Advocacy, has been with NCADD since 2012. John is a veteran of politics, policy and advocacy. Most recently, John served as the VP of Legislative Affairs for the National Home Infusion Association during the National health care reform debate and early implementation of the ACA law. John's decades of leadership and experience comes from past consulting work with bi-partisan Statesmen like U.S. Rep. Jim Ramstad, Fortune 100 companies such as 3M, national business trade associations like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and national non-profits such as the Johnson Institute and Hazelden. John remains personally committed to making a difference for people in recovery through his volunteer service and involvement with the StepUP Program at Augsburg College-Minneapolis, MN, SAPCA-Alexandria, VA, FAVOR-Washington DC, and the SAMHSA-sponsored National Recovery Month (September). John lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife Adrienne and their two children.


 

Tony Brown


Anthony Brown, Foundations Representative. Tony has been involved with NCADD since 1990. He was an Account Executive with Wall Street firms for 15 years, including Eastman Dillon Union Securities and Bacon Whipple & Company. He attended the University of Colorado, and currently resides in New York, NY.


 

Jill Price


Jill Price, Business Manager, has been with NCADD since 2012. Jill has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and graduated from Adelphi University in 1989. She has worked in various companies, such as General Vision Services as a Controller for 4 years, as well as the Multiple Sclerosis Society and Harlem United Community AIDS Center. She also holds a Certificate of Graphic and Digital Design from Parsons School of Design, New School University in 2004. She currently resides in Staten Island, NY.


 

Paul Warren-web


Paul Warren, Administrative Assistant, has been with NCADD since 2012. Paul has a BFA from Pratt Institute, an MSE (Art Education) from Queens College, and an MA from New York University (Studio Art). Before joining NCADD, Paul was a Senior Administrative Assistant at the Ford Foundation in the Knowledge, Creativity and Freedom Program. He lives in Woodside, New York.


 

Antaya Calder-web


Antaya Calder, Development Assistant, has been with NCADD since 2012. Antaya graduated from Harry S. Truman High School in Bronx, New York. Antaya's professional background involves executive and legal assistance ranging from large corporations to small intimate office settings. Prior to joining the NCADD staff, Antaya was the Legal Assistant for Timmins & LaMagna, LLP. She resides in Westchester County, New York.
