NCADD 73rd Anniversary Dinner Honors Michael Clinton and John H. Foster

The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence’s 73rd Anniversary Dinner was held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Gotham Hall in New York City. NCADD honored Michael Clinton, President, Marketing/Publishing Director of Hearst Magazines and John H. Foster, Chairman and Managing Director, Healthpoint Capital. Mr. Foster also is Treasurer and Board member of NCADD. The two were honored for their philanthropic efforts and their support of NCADD and its goals.

Rosanna Scotto of Fox 5’s Good Day New York was again the host for the evening. After a welcome by NCADD President, Andrew Pucher, Deputy Chair of the Board, Mitchell Rosenthal, MD, spoke about the mission of NCADD and the work of the Network of Affiliates. Board Chair James Abernathy presented a Community Service Award to John Foster who expressed his support of the work of NCADD and the Network of Affiliates. NCADD Board member, Evan Yurman made the Community Service Award presentation to Michael Clinton who also expressed support of the help that NCADD and the Affiliate Network provide to those in need.

Nearly 300 guests from the business as well as from the professional treatment and recovery communities attended the event.

Dinner Chairs were James L. Abernathy, Joel Klein (one of last year’s honorees), Larry Kudlow, Andy Pucher, Mitch Rosenthal and Hamilton South (the 2013 honoree).
