Andrew Pucher named NCADD President & CEO

A-Pucher-photo-2Andrew Pucher, a retired Walt Disney Company executive and member of the Board of Directors of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD) has been appointed President/CEO.

Mitchell Rosenthal, MD, Board Chair, said, "With his extensive business and management background, NCADD is fortunate to have Andy at the helm at this critical time." As NCADD commemorates its 70th anniversary, it seeks to revitalize itself and move forward with its core mission of assuring that those suffering from the disease of alcoholism and other drug addiction have access to treatment so they can live their lives in recovery.

The Executive Committee made the appointment at its July 23 meeting.
