Woman to Woman Recovery Programs is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that has been a leader in serving the community since1974. We provide inpatient and outpatient recovery programs for Substance Abuse, Counseling services for Domestic Violence victims and education and prevention groups designed for the special needs of adolescents.
The mission of NCADD-Long Beach Woman to Woman Recovery Programs is to reduce the incidence and prevalence of the diseases of alcoholism and drug addiction, and to reduce the effects of domestic violence on its victims. We provide hope, help, and healing to the Long beach community.
Provides extensive outpatient treatment for pregnant and parenting women who have problems with alcohol and drug abuse.
Provides outpatient and residential treatment for pregnant and parenting women who are CalWORKS participants and who have problems with alcohol and drug abuse.
Since 1989 the agency has provided perinatal services for drug-exposed children and infants.
Provides for court-supervised treatment and probation for most non-violent drug offenders convicted of controlled substance possession or under-the influence offenses, to break the cycle of drugs and crime, while promoting public safety.
Helps women (parenting and non-parenting) recover from alcohol and drug abuse.
Provides education and substance abuse treatment for non-parenting women, parenting women and their young children.
A safe, homelike independent living facility for pregnant and parenting women and their children, as well as non-parenting women, while they participate in our treatment and recovery programs.
We provide education, prevention, treatment, case management, referrals and other domestic violence intervention services that will best enable CalWORKS participants who are victims of domestic abuse to attain economic self-sufficiency and move towards unsubsidized employment. This program coordinates services with the Long Beach Police Department, County Courts and District Attorney’s Office.
