Information & Referral

Objective Information & Referral is a core service provided by NCADD and our National Network of Affiliates.  For many, NCADD is the first organization they think of to call for help.  For others, they call NCADD after having spoken unsuccessfully to a number of other local services.

NCADD Affiliates provide professional guidance and support to individuals and families faced with alcohol and other drug problems, ensuring that those in need have access to appropriate treatment or recocvery support services regardless of age, sex, race, religion, creed or socio-economic status.

NCADD’s Information and Referral services provide confidential, one-on-one assessment, on the phone or in-person, by a trained professional who will match clients’ needs with appropriate services in the community.

If you or a loved one needs treatment or other related alcohol and drug services, you can call 800/NCA-CALL (800/622-2255) or click on Find Local Assistance to find the closest NCADD Affiliate.
